Position Summary

Netlink Voice is seeking a driven and highly organized Corporate Recruiter to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across Netlink Voice and its subsidiaries. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process across Netlink Voice and affiliated brands
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against technical and cultural criteria
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate decision-making
• Extend and negotiate offers with selected candidates
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting strategies
• Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.)
• Support hiring efforts across multiple departments including sales, engineering, operations, and support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
