1. Position Summary

The Multimedia Designer will support the External Communications team in developing high-quality visual, digital, and multimedia content to strengthen the agency's public communication and brand presence. This includes graphic design, social media content planning, web updates, and on-site multimedia production.

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Design & Branding

• Create brand-aligned graphics and visual assets for social media and digital platforms
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to develop professional-quality design materials

B. Content Coordination

• Develop and maintain a proactive social media content calendar
• Support distribution of external digital communications

C. Web Maintenance

• Update website content using Drupal CMS
• Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency of digital assets

D. Multimedia Production

• Capture on-site photography and videography for agency events
• Perform basic editing and optimization for web and social platforms

E. Quality Control

• Apply typography, layout, and color theory principles
• Maintain consistent and professional visual branding across all channels

1. Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in photography and videography, including basic editing
• Experience with CMS platforms (preferably Drupal) for web updates
• Experience managing social media content calendars
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout)
