Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ocean Springs, MS, for a TV Weathercaster and Digital Tech. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering accurate weather forecasts on-air, operating digital broadcasting equipment, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves supporting digital content creation, such as digital photography and photo retouching, and maintaining smooth technical operations for live and recorded segments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Proficiency in Digital Photography and Photo Retouching
• Excellent Communication skills for both on-air presentations and team collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing weather conditions
• Experience in broadcast meteorology or digital media is a plus
• Familiarity with weather forecasting software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, Communications, or a related field preferred
