Description:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Investor Relations Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between the company and its investors, analysts, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing communications, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring transparency that builds investor confidence and supports long-term business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Communication & EngagementDevelop and manage relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.Prepare and deliver investor communications, including earnings releases, presentations, and reports.Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.Financial Reporting & AnalysisSupport the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.Analyze financial performance and communicate key insights to investors.Assist in developing investor messaging aligned with company strategy and results.Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on investor expectations and positioning.Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, capital markets activities, and investor meetings.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure all communications comply with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.Maintain accurate and consistent messaging across all investor materials.Support corporate governance and reporting standards.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with finance, legal, executive leadership, and communications teams.Align investor messaging with business strategy and operational performance.Assist in planning investor events, earnings calls, and roadshows.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, or corporate communicationsStrong understanding of financial statements, reporting, and capital marketsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive informationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in publicly traded companies or working with institutional investorsFamiliarity with SEC regulations and disclosure requirementsMBA, CFA, or other relevant financial certificationsExperience with financial modeling and valuation techniquesBackground in investor communications or corporate strategyCompensation & BenefitsPerformance-based incentives and bonus opportunitiesFlexible remote work environmentOpportunity to work closely with executive leadership and investorsAccess to financial tools, resources, and professional developmentCollaborative and high-impact team environmentAdditional RequirementsMust be physically located within the United StatesMust have a valid U.S. work permit (no sponsorship provided)Ability to work across U.S. time zones as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
