Kitchen Cleaner

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. Responsibilities include:

• Assurance of cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, pots and pans.
• Assurance of cleanliness of all china, silverware and glassware.
• Inspection of kitchens, work rooms and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• Disposal of trash, grease and food according to health department standards.
• Overall janitorial cleaning of floors and walls.
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years' experience as a dishwasher or kitchen cleaner.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
• Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Display strong work ethic and teamwork.

Pay Range: USD $14.50 - USD $16.00 /Hr. Tipped Position

This position does not earn tips
