No babysitting. No shortcuts. If you can run a full install solo, make it look clean, and keep the customer happywe'll pay you what you're worth - and then some.

Requirements:

• Must know how to install A/C & heat systems start to finish
• Run line sets, wire units, charge/test systemsno guessing
• Show up on time, get it done right, and don't need a manager holding your hand
• Able to turn jobs around fast and produce revenue
• EPA certified, valid driver's license, and own hand tools
