Provides Trust administration services and support for client relationships within assigned RM team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties:Serves as the administrative contact for clients and third party providers in the servicing of client accounts and relationships. Performs and/or monitors daily transactions required in the administration of various client relationships and accounts. Performs account maintenance on the Trust Accounting system including account opening and closing procedures. Independently anticipates and responds to client inquiries and service requests. Organizes and maintains files and prepares correspondence and reports as needed. Additional Duties:Reviews/studies plan documents to gain a full understanding of plan provisions.
