Leidos is seeking a CAD Drafter for our Long Beach, MS office. We are seeking a candidate to work with our engineering teams as we develop and produce cutting-edge solutions to challenging defense-related problems. As a CAD Drafter you will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed part, assembly, and installation engineering drawings from basic layouts, established references, and standards. Work is completed through computer-aided design equipment such as, AutoCAD and Solid. Works. Duties include executing details of layout drawings prepared by others in accordance with standard engineering drafting practices. Supervisors will assign and manage work of this type. Primary Responsibilities:Create Solid. Works CAD models of custom and COTS parts and assemblies. Create Solid. Works 2 D drawings of custom parts and assemblies.
