The Hospice Director of Nurses and is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team under the general direction of the Hospice Administrator, the attending physician and the Hospice Medical Director. The Director of Nurses HOL oversees the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of Hospice patients and families. Responsibilities include a combination of patient care and clinical management tasks.
