Under the supervision of the Store Manager the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of operating a Donated Goods Retail (DGR). Essential Functions: In cooperation with Store Manager, ensures 100% world-class customer service In cooperation with Store Manager; hires, trains, develops, supervises, and evaluates team members within the framework of Goodwill policies and procedures and job description. In cooperation with Store Manager, develops, trains, and supervises Store Team Members ensuring they are able to perform any of the duties and responsibilities outlined in the position descriptions on a regular or intermittent basis. In cooperation with Store Manager, operates the DGR within budgeted expense to revenue ratios and donor value.
