HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Citywide Special Events Department. Coordinators will be expected to be the Supervisor of the Event/ Promotion that is assigned to the by the Marketing Manager. Presentation creation and meeting preparation as needed. Maintain and develop relationships with internal departments and vendors. Provide assistance to our internal and external customers in a friendly, timely and efficient manner. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive materials Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Enforce Project 21 policy and procedures by monitoring area for underage gamblers. Suggests players in Caesars Rewards, Caesars Rewards App, Play by CR, and Caesars Rewards Visa.
