We are seeking a senior-level Banquet Chef for a full time position in Biloxi, MS.
The Banquet Chef leads high-volume, upscale banquet operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This includes overseeing culinary execution, food quality, cost control, and team leadership for events such as conventions, weddings, corporate functions, and VIP gatherings. The role also manages menu review, recipe preparation, ordering, production, and presentation of all banquet food, while supervising and developing the banquet culinary team.
