Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members. Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner. Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions. Facilitate necessary updates to members accounts. Ensure all retail items are fully stocked. Operate the POS system and accept payments. Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
