Roses - - Responsibilities: Provide positive customer service by treating customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner in order to maximize customer satisfaction and sales; Adhere to assigned work schedule in order to provide predictability in workload scheduling; Follow all Company policies and procedures in order to maximize customer service, sales, and store profitability; In applicable instances, unloads trucks, processes freight, stocks counters, and any other function needed to maintain salesfloor; Review daily staffing; Review workload planning calendar; Evaluate recovery needs; Conduct recovery blitzes at 2, 4, 6 and 8; Monitor fitting room, selling floor and sizing recovery; Communicate cleanliness expectations and inspect for completion prior to sign off; Conduct effective hand off to incoming MOD or provide communication for opening MOD; Provide support to store management as requested
