Impact Fire Services - - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally; Ability to work independently while communicating with customers, direct supervisor, and service team members; Perform routine inspection, scheduled repairs, and emergency service calls on fire alarm systems; Conduct routine service and maintenance tasks on fire alarm systems in industrial, and occasionally commercial and residential buildings; Identify and diagnose issues with fire alarm systems
