For ALL Roles:Maintains knowledge of property amenities, events, and local area services to assist guests effectively. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Assists with Pool and Hollydeck duties to include but not limited to picking up towels and trash, running food items to guests, checking wristbands, and responding to guest inquiries. Reports issues to Hotel Services leadership. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
