Instruct safe and effective exercise classes. Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements. Understand and follow all policies and procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement. Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed. Maintain a professional disposition at all times. Follow all club and facility policies and procedures.
