Partner with Regional Visual Merchandiser to develop and maintain merchandise counts and flow for each store in their area of responsibility and establish open and professional communication with store management teams. Create and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom. Coordinate furniture and accessory placement in accordance with our standards. Organize and implement floor moves. Ability to create and maintain a consistent visual and merchandise presentations within their area of responsibility in accordance with the company standards manuals. Be able to follow verbal and written direction from the Regional Visual Merchandiser and implement the directive with minimal supervision.
