Job Details

Responsibilities:* Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled. Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service.* Performs all necessary side work. Polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items such as condiment's, filling salt and pepper shakers, cutting lemons, etc.* Performs as a team with other rockers to produce a smoothly run function.* Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.* Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications.* Performs all necessary tasks to service guests, such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary, and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner.* Maintains all proper sanitation practices.* Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.* Abides to Freeman Standards.* Knows hours of operation and current promotions.* Knows food products, food promotions, and food available on buffet stations.* Completes assigned side work duties; use of supplies, cleaning and organizing assigned areas.* Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.* Upholds the Mission Statement - We create authentic experiences that rock.* Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.* Lives by the Hard Rock Values!* Follows The Legal Stuff guidelines.Competencies:* Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts.* Must be very detailed oriented.* Must project a professional and positive image.* Must have a high level of energy.* Excellent interpersonal skills.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
