This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately while ensuring every vehicle meets dealership quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience in automotive maintenance and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance servicesComplete multipoint inspections and identify additional service needsCheck and maintain fluid levels, including engine oil, coolant, transmission, and power steeringReplace oil, air, and cabin filters as neededInspect tires, brakes, and other key components for wear and safety concernsProperly install and secure all components, ensuring work is completed to specificationCommunicate recommended services to service advisors clearly and accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsQualificationsPrior experience in automotive maintenance or lube technician role preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance proceduresValid driver's license and ability to operate manual transmissions preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsPhysical Requirements / Working ConditionsAbility to stand, bend, and move for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededExposure to varying temperatures, automotive fluids, and shop conditionsFast-paced work environment requiring efficiency and accuracyBenefits OfferedMedicalDentalVision401(k)Supplemental InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)About UsJ.
