Fresenius Medical Care - 4300 West Railroad Street - Responsibilities: Provide patient care under the direct supervision of the Hemodialysis Registered Nurse for assigned patients in the dialysis unit; excluding Intensive Care Units; Report and document new and unusual incidents, information, complaints, or problems to the RN; Maintain a safe and clean working environment and participate in quality improvement activities; Assist in setting up and priming equipment for renal replacement therapies as directed by the Fresenius nurse; Obtain pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weights, monitor patient response, document in EMR/ACES, and report any unusual findings to the RN
