MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Lead and support Greenskeepers in daily maintenance of greens, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and course perimeters; Operate and maintain heavy equipment used for mowing, grading, aeration, tree work, and other golf course maintenance tasks; Oversee and participate in project work including soil preparation, sod laying, seeding, and drainage improvements; Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides according to turf management best practices; Inspect the course daily and report turf conditions, equipment issues, and project updates to Assistant Superintendents
