Merrill Gardens - 1260 Ocean Springs Road - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care; Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception); Maintain accurate daily progress notes and documentation as required by state regulations; Provide compassionate care ensuring residents' safety, dignity, and independence
