The Opportunity

You will serve as a skilled technical performer, driving the precise deployment of complex industrial refrigeration networks. This role allows you to execute critical mechanical builds while advancing your career with a company that values your field expertise. You will have the technical autonomy to install advanced systems backed by an organized, direct management team.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Install complex commercial and industrial refrigeration systems following rigorous design specifications.
• Interpret detailed architectural blueprints and mechanical drawings to establish precise piping layouts.
• Assemble intricate mechanical piping networks, including specialized hangers, equipment racks, and structural supports.
• Position heavy industrial components including condensers, evaporators, and advanced refrigeration units safely.
• Enforce strict OSHA regulations and company safety procedures across all nationwide field assignments.
• Coordinate daily installation tasks alongside project foremen, superintendents, and cross-functional trades.
• Maintain peak job site organization and tool care to eliminate structural liabilities and rework.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in mechanical piping, equipment setting, and industrial refrigeration installation.
• Demonstrated capability to read, interpret, and execute detailed blueprints and layout drawings.
• Verifiable history of working efficiently within fast-paced commercial construction environments.
• Absolute willingness to travel full-time to out-of-state project locations as required.
• Active OSHA 10 certification prior to deployment on company job sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 4 years of related work experience in mechanical plumbing, piping, or refrigeration setups.
• Prior field experience on Amazon Flex facilities, grocery distribution centers, or cold storage projects.
• Advanced technical proficiency operating heavy construction lifts, rigging systems, and power tools.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating in structured teams to hit aggressive project production schedules.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Weekly pay cycle with substantial consistent overtime opportunities.
• Comprehensive daily per diem of $150 provided for all travel-based assignments.
