Position: Collection Rep I
Department: Collections
Reports to: Assistant Manager- Collections
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Summary: Responsible for collecting past due secured and unsecured loans, credit card, and negative shares accounts in a professional, timely, and accurate manner. Assists in the remedy of delinquency by using methods such as phone calls and collection letters.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Education: A high school education or GED.

Computer Skills: Extensive use of personal PC required. Proficiency with Microsoft products to included but not limited to Word and Excel, as well as use of internet and e-mail.
