Job SummaryThe Customer Communications Specialist is responsible for shaping how we connect with customers and employees through clear, compelling storytelling within an assigned geographic service area. This role will deliver meaningful, high-impact communications to share Mississippi Power's story through exceptional writing skills and strong project management discipline.As part of the Corporate Communications team, this position will play a critical part in translating business priorities into engaging narratives that build trust, strengthen our brand and drive positive customer sentiment.
