Manages architectural drafting and documentation activities for new and existing campus facilities. Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating print and electronic architectural drawings in support of capital projects, renovations, space management, and campus planning. Assists University Architects with project documentation, cost estimates, and on-site reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards. Requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure accurate records and effective collaboration with project teams.
Performs architectural drafting and records management functions for Facilities Planning. Develops, updates, and maintains architectural drawings, blueprints, and digital files for campus buildings and infrastructure. Supports University Architects in the development and pricing of small projects and assists with documenting renovations and construction activities. Conducts on-site reviews to verify existing conditions and ensures that completed work is accurately reflected in facility records. Maintains organized drawing archives and supports campus planning and space management efforts through accurate documentation and data maintenance.
