Guest Dispatcher To ensure maximum guest service is achieved through the dispatch of guest calls to housekeeping staff, callbacks and tracking of calls.Responsibilities:Disperses information to housekeeping staff team members by radio on a situation basis.Maintains a guest dispatcher log, written or by use of a computer. Reads posted orders to ascertain personnel requirements and post assignment information on dispatch board. Compiles and records data for dispatch. Calling guests back to ensure guest satisfaction.Responsible for checking and reporting safety hazards.Ensures the safety and security of all guests and team members.Administrative duties such as filing, copying, faxing and departmental distribution.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:A high school diploma or GED equivalent.Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.Display strong work ethic and teamwork.Posted salary range USD $11.00 - USD $11.00 /Hr.
