Summary/ObjectiveThe Maintenance Repairmen is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance of the equipment operated by the company. This may include equipment owned or leased by the company and/or equipment owned or leased by third parties.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerforms preventive maintenance procedures on company mechanical equipment on a scheduled basisCompletes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.Assists and performs with installation, maintenance, repair and construction work in the basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, carpet, and mechanicsPerforms warehouse and/or terminal duties in connection with receiving, storage and distribution of materials as follows: Receives goods and materials and checks them against purchase orders and delivery documentation to ensure correctness of merchandise and proper conditionResponsible for maintaining clean and orderly conditions within the warehouse and/or terminalPerform general grounds keeping on a daily basis; insure disposal areas are kept clean and in a safe conditionMay perform weekly safety checks throughout the facility to ensure a safe and clean environment for the patrons of the facility and to eliminate all hazardsResponds to emergency maintenance requests as required.Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.Provide input to the company regarding specifications of the operational equipment.Evaluate maintenance programs to ensure they are accomplishing the intended objectives.Constantly evaluate new technology as it is applied to equipment utilized by the company.All other duties as assigned#J-18808-Ljbffr
