Guest Dispatcher

To ensure maximum guest service is achieved through the dispatch of guest calls to housekeeping staff, callbacks and tracking of calls. Responsibilities include dispersing information to housekeeping staff team members by radio on a situational basis, maintaining a guest dispatcher log, reading posted orders to ascertain personnel requirements and posting assignment information on the dispatch board. Additionally, calling guests back to ensure guest satisfaction, checking and reporting safety hazards, ensuring the safety and security of all guests and team members, and performing administrative duties such as filing, copying, faxing, and departmental distribution. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm while projecting a professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are necessary, along with a strong work ethic and teamwork.

Posted salary range: USD $11.00 - USD $11.00/hr. Tipped position. This position does not earn tips.
