This position is full-time , working day shift from Monday through Friday . This role serves as a critical link between production activity and administrative recordkeeping, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth scheduling coordination, and timely communication across departments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can balance hands-on floor support with consistent clerical output.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisEnter and track production data, ensuring records are current and accessible to relevant team membersAssist with scheduling coordination between production lines and managementSupport inventory and materials tracking by documenting usage, receipts, and discrepanciesPrepare, distribute, and file internal documents, reports, and correspondence related to production operationsCommunicate effectively with production staff, supervisors, and other departments to relay information and resolve scheduling or documentation issuesIdentify and elevate recordkeeping discrepancies or concerns to the Production Manager in a timely mannerPerform general administrative support duties as needed to keep floor operations running efficientlyRequirements:High school diploma or GED requiredPrior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and mathematical skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with production teamsPhysical ability to work in an active production environment and frequently lift up to 25lbs#J-18808-Ljbffr
