Overview Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings (Part-Time)Starting Wage: $15.75 - $18.00Mornings | Flexible Scheduling | Paid TrainingWhat You'll Do Coach and develop Inventory AssociatesFollow a clear, consistent workflowServe as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellenceMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailTravel to retail locationsLead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all timesWhat We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar roleReliable transportationStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time managementExcellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challengesAbility to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitmentsStrong focus and attention to detailPositive, team-oriented attitudeWilling to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if requiredA valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be requiredRetail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position. No degree required.
