Service Advisor

Bob Boyte Chevy is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Biloxi, MS. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will utilize your communication skills and automotive knowledge to assist customers in understanding their service needs and provide timely updates throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and gather information about their vehicle and service needs.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and diagnose service requirements in collaboration with technicians.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services, pricing, and timelines to customers.
• Schedule appointments, order necessary parts, and coordinate repairs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and thorough service records and documentation.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
• Work closely with the service team to meet department goals and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and automotive repair processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and common software applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
