JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARYThe Fulfillment Specialist 1 is responsible for working/resolving/tracking/reporting issues and requests from bankers and customers for commercial and retail loans. Quality control will be performed and will include the review and validation of the loan system input.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESIssue resolution, tracking, and reporting.Verifies accuracy of all critical loan codes.Assist and generates reports needed to comply with regulatory exams and external audits.Prepares legal documents required in Federal, State, and Civil Subpoenas.Performs any other duties that may be deemed appropriate.Incumbent is required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGEHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred2 years related experience or trainingA combination of education and experience if more than a HS diplomaThe following certifications from Hancock Whitney's Computer Based Training (CBT) are required, if applicable, once in this position:Certification in Banking Regulations (Reg. B, Reg. CC, Reg. O, Reg. Z, Reg. H, Reg. D, Reg. O, FCRA)Certification in HMDA ComplianceCertification in CRA, RESPA, NFIP RegulationsCertification in Microsoft Excel and AccessStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain good customer relationshipsProficient operation of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with customers and bank personnelAbility to establish and maintain a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external customersDetail orientedAbility to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent organizational/planning/project management skillsESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to work under stress and meet deadlinesAbility to operate a keyboard if required to perform the essential job functionsAbility to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functionsAbility to travel if required to perform the essential job functionsAbility to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
