Description

The C&G Grille Host/Hostess serves as an ambassador for Island View Casino and the outlet. The Host is responsible for welcoming, interacting, and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner to promote a truly unique environment and dining experience.

Coordinates seating to ensure guests are accommodated as soon as possible, while ensuring servers are seated fairly and equally. Communicates table seating to servers to help ensure timely and quality guest service from the moment they arrive. Tracks and reports guest count to Restaurant Manager.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous customer service experience in high volume establishment preferred.
