We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Channel Sales Manager, LATAM to drive partner growth across Latin America. In this role, you'll develop and strengthen a network of distributors, resellers, and strategic partners while driving regional sales performance through channel relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term business relationships, developing partner ecosystems, and working with innovative B2B software solutions in an international environment.
The position is fully remote and based in Colombia. Applicants must hold a valid work authorization or residence permit in Colombia. The employment type is full-time, and the compensation is approximately €5,220 EUR/month based on an annual salary of €62,643 EUR. Fluent English (C1/C2) is required, along with professional working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese. The role involves up to 20% travel throughout Latin America and starts as soon as possible.

The responsibilities include developing and executing annual channel sales strategies, identifying and developing new partner opportunities, driving sustainable revenue growth, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and collaborating with various internal and external teams.
Required qualifications include proven experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the software or technology industry. Candidates should have experience growing revenue through distributors and reseller networks, recruiting, developing, and managing channel partners, and using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
Candidates who demonstrate a strong history of growing revenue through reseller and distributor partnerships, experience recruiting, enabling, and supporting channel partners, strategic commercial planning and business development capabilities, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, experience managing sales pipelines and CRM reporting, the ability to work independently while collaborating across international teams, and strong business acumen and customer-focused decision-making will be prioritized.
Success in this role looks like consistently achieving or exceeding regional sales targets, successfully recruiting and enabling new channel partners, expanding existing partners' businesses, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM data, providing exceptional commercial support and ongoing enablement to partners, and contributing to continued market expansion throughout Latin America.
