Technicians play a critical role in supporting equipment startup and troubleshooting system performance issues in mission-critical environments.Pay: $40 – $48 per hourTravelTravel may be required troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems used in hyperscale data centers.This is a hands‑on technical role where technicians are expected to perform troubleshooting tasks with minimal supervision while supporting senior technicians during complex startup activities.Equipment Startup & Commissioning SupportSupport startup and commissioning activities for cooling systems including:Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH)In-Row Heat Exchangers (IRHX)Data Center Air Handling Units (DAHU)Responsibilities include:Executing pre-functional equipment checksAssisting with functional commissioning testsVerifying equipment installation and piping connectionsIdentifying system performance issuesMechanical TroubleshootingDiagnose and assist in resolving issues involving:Hydronic cooling systemsChilled water systemsGlycol cooling loopsAir handling equipmentPumps and valvesTechnicians in this role are expected to understand system flow and assist with identifying root causes of equipment performance issues.Electrical & Controls TroubleshootingTroubleshoot issues involving:120V and 480V electrical systemsVFD operationSensors and instrumentationTechnicians should be comfortable reading electrical schematics and assisting with diagnosing system control issues.Field Operations SupportField Service Technicians support project teams by:Participating in daily safety meetingsCoordinating with startup leads and senior techniciansSupporting commissioning activitiesMaintaining organized documentation and equipment recordsEffective communication primarily using Microsoft TeamsDocumentation & ReportingAssist with completing:Startup checklistsEquipment inspection reportsField troubleshooting notesEnd of Day ReportsMonthly Expense Reports (within 7 days of
