Guest Dispatcher To ensure maximum guest service is achieved through the dispatch of guest calls to housekeeping staff, callbacks and tracking of calls. Responsibilities include dispersing information to housekeeping staff team members by radio on a situational basis, maintaining a guest dispatcher log, reading posted orders to ascertain personnel requirements, posting assignment information on the dispatch board, compiling and recording data for dispatch, calling guests back to ensure guest satisfaction, checking and reporting safety hazards, and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and team members. Administrative duties such as filing, copying, faxing, and departmental distribution are also part of the role. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, the ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience, commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals, presenting an image of excitement and enthusiasm while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
