The Work

- Leads the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of manufacturing resource planning (MRP) across multiple product lines, in a fast pace work environment.

- Leveraging deep technical expertise and strategic insight, driving inventory optimization, and BOM stewardship while partnering with Engineering, Program Management, Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations to ensure on-time delivery, cost-effective production, and high-quality outcomes.

- The selected candidate should also be team oriented and flexible to work within a changing environment as peak work conditions requires.

Desired Skills

- Demonstrates ability to interpret data in purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other material inventory transactions to aid in the development and publishing of reports.

- Demonstrates the ability to apply knowledge of concepts and principals of planning to develop solutions to a variety of problems, particularly with materials delivery.

- Background in Planning/configuration management or Business Administration with a focus in Planning.

- Familiarity with SAP, Production Planning (PP) module - Previous Sikorsky experience - Previous aerospace experience

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
