Operational & Quality Control Responsibilities:

• Using appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly.
• Verifying that products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies.
• Stacking, packaging, shrink wrapping, and labeling products.
• Conducting quality inspections of new production receipts.
• Conducting quality inspections of inbound shipments.
• Conducting pre-load quality inspections of outbound shipments.
• Verifying RF functions are being used to load pallets.
• Ensuring all pallets for a shipment have been loaded with no pallets left behind.
• Returning dock loading documentation to shipping clerk.
• Notifying supervisor of any discrepancies between dock quantities and quantities on loading documentation.
• Performing post receipt validations regarding established quality criteria.
• Assisting in updating visual aids, process instructions, quality procedures, corrective and preventive actions, client documentations.
• Assisting in the review and validation of all controlled documentation used and displayed throughout the plant against QIS.
• Participating in the Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Maintaining clean and organized conditions of the workstation(s) and/or area(s).
• Continuously working on improving operations communication.
• Supporting other areas as required.

Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance:

• Executing all safety protocols and accomplishing all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and a clean, neat, orderly work area.
• Complying with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
• Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner and following prescribed work methods.
• Performing or assisting in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

Equipment Operation:

• Performing assigned duties using equipment including but not limited to LP & electric forklift(sit-down or stand-up), swing reach truck, scrubber.
• Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner and following prescribed work methods.

Other Duties (Site Specific):

• Performing other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Education and/or Experience: Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1 year MHE Experience
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations: None

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft, computer and email skills
• RF Scanners: WMS functions
• Language Skills: English (reading, writing, verbal)
• Mathematical Skills: Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing, and distributing client products.
• Other: Strong attention to detail accuracy and accomplish job task in a timely manner. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance. Must be able to effectively adapt to change and in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6-month's experience working in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
• Current or prior MHE certification.

Physical Demands:

• Bend, Climb, Crawl, Handling / Fingering, Sit, Stand, Walk, Lift/Carry 10 lbs or less, 11-20 lbs, 21-50 lbs, 51-100 lbs, Reach Above Shoulder, Reach Outward, Squat or Kneel, Push/Pull 10 lbs or less, 11-20 lbs, 21-50 lbs, 51-100 lbs

Work Environment:

• Frequently exposed to cold, warm, hot, humid weather conditions.
• Rarely exposed to fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Regularly lifts and/or moves objects up to 55 pounds.
