Working Student/Intern - Creators (m/f/d)

G2 Esports is looking for a Working Student/Intern Creators (m/f/d) to join our marketing team. This is a part-time opportunity for six months, based in Berlin or remote (EU) who will directly report to our Senior Talent Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support the scouting, outreach, and onboarding of creators, including streamers, models, musicians, and other influencers
• Assist with the planning and coordination of esports events, fan meetups, and brand activations, including logistical and administrative tasks
• Help maintain communication with creators, partners, and sponsors before, during, and after events
• Support budget tracking, documentation, and project coordination to ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate with the content team to prepare promotional materials, social media content, livestreams, and event-related assets
• Conduct market and creator research to identify new talent, trends, and partnership opportunities
• Help keep creator databases, campaign documents, and internal project trackers up to date

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's program, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Event Management, or a similar related field
• Passion for gaming, esports, creator culture, and social media platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Logical thinking and hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment
• Comfortable using Gsuite; experience with project management tools is a plus
• Available to work approximately 15-20 hours per week and occasionally support events outside regular working hours
