Truck Helper Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable Truck Helper to assist the delivery driver with transporting windows, doors, lumber, and other building materials. This position requires physical strength, attention to safety, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while making accurate and timely deliveries.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with loading, unloading, and securing building materials.
• Hand-carry windows, doors, lumber, and construction materials at delivery locations.
• Help verify orders for accuracy before and during deliveries.
• Navigate residential and commercial jobsites safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Follow all company safety procedures and directions from the driver.
• Assist with warehouse and yard duties when deliveries are complete.

Qualifications

• Construction, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 75100 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal instructions.
• Reliable transportation to work.
