Clinic Scheduler

Location: Gulfport, MS
Starting Pay: $15.00

We are seeking a reliable and organized Clinic Scheduler for a busy specialty medical practice. This position is responsible for coordinating patient appointments while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling needs.
Coordinate provider schedules to maximize efficiency.
Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Communicate appointment details, referrals, and scheduling changes with patients.
Provide courteous and professional customer service to patients, providers, and staff.
Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office or clinic scheduling role required.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
