Classification And Compensation Analyst

The Office of Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment is recruiting for a Classification and Compensation Analyst who serves state government agencies that fall under MSPB's purview. As a classification and compensation analyst, you will work with HR offices in state government to evaluate their HR actions, conduct job classification studies, and conduct audits of various positions in state government. In this position, you will maintain regular contact with HR staff members at other state agencies to furnish or obtain additional personnel information and to explain HR procedures and regulations. You will also work closely with our agency's recruitment division.

What you'll need to be successful: You will need organization skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize duties, and the ability to determine stakeholder needs and offer solutions. An interest in human resources and HR policy is a plus!
