Account Management & Client Relationship: Own a defined portfolio of clients across Food Assurance and Healthcare Assurance.Manage relationships remotely via structured contact plans, including check-ins, video meetings, and business reviews.Understand each client's certification roadmap and anticipate needs.Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations for certification, audit, training, and advisory services.Qualify inbound requests and convert them into signed agreements.Process orders and contracts with accuracy, and manage renewals and multi-year cycles.Maintain client records and pipeline in CRM with high data hygiene.Track order status, win/loss, renewal dates, and revenue forecast.Provide regular reporting and contribute to monthly commercial cycles.Cross-Business Development: Identify cross-selling opportunities between Food and Healthcare portfolios.Support marketing campaigns and follow up on leads.Share market intelligence and best practices with the commercial team.Eurofins Scientific Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services across food, environment, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.
