• Assist with billing, collections, and data entry
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

Medical Receptionist

• Greet patients and manage front-desk operations
• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
• Verify patient information and maintain records
• Previous medical office or healthcare reception experience required

HR Assistant

• Assist with employee records and personnel files
• Support onboarding, hiring, and interview scheduling
• Maintain confidential documentation
• Previous HR or administrative experience required

Automotive Assistant

• Provide administrative support for automotive operations
• Maintain vehicle records and assist with paperwork
• Communicate with customers and assist with daily office tasks
• Previous automotive or office experience preferred

Title Clerk

• Process and maintain vehicle title and registration paperwork
• Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records and assist with related administrative duties
• Previous title clerk, dealership, or automotive paperwork experience preferred
