Local company seeks full-time Customer Service Representative to join and complement our excellent team. Strong candidates for this position are honest and trustworthy individuals who can effectively multi-task, are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and can accurately work both with a team and solo in a fast-paced office environment.
The Customer Service Representative will interface, receive, process and track service orders received from the US Government. Duties involve helping customers via telephone and email, and include maintaining customer service records and inventory/financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Computer competency in the Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement (Outlook, Word, Excel), with proficiency verified during screening. Clear and effective oral communication (telephone) and writing skills (email) are a must. Candidates possessing backgrounds in any of the following fields often excel in this position; however, not having this type of previous experience will not disqualify the proper candidate: call center, bank, medical office, project management.
90-day probationary period must be successfully completed.
