Overview:
The Roofing Foreman will oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both the crew and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control:

• Inspect work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to minimize risks and accidents.
• Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain high-quality workmanship.

2. Crew Leadership:

• Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and morale.
• Evaluate crew performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

3. Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the roofing crew.
• Communicate project status, changes, and any issues to clients and project managers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.

4. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

5. Problem-Solving:

• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
• Make quick, effective decisions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficient in roofing techniques and safety practices.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in roofing or construction management are a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and endure various weather conditions.
• Licenses: Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment:

• This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to handle physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
