Bookkeeper-Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing general bookkeeping duties such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly reconciliations and daily entry of transactions. This position will also be responsible for assisting with the daily activities of running an office, including answering and routing calls, handling client and vendor inquiries, data entry, file organization, and assisting management with various duties. Must have general computer data skills and Quickbooks experience is a plus.
