Job Details

CNA, PCA.RCA or other qualified teachable person will be working one of three eight-hour shifts. 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a.

Employee is required to arrive 10 minutes prior to shift to get report.  

Employee will be responsible for resident bath, personal care and safety.  

Employee will assist with group and individual activities as needed.

Employee will be responsible for doing resident laundry, cleaning unit area, including mopping, dusting and sanitation.

Employee will assist during mealtimes and assist individuals that need nutritional support.

Employee will document all activities provided on company forms and document their time on duty through the company APP.

Employee must be free from physical restrictions and be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, stand for long periods of time and perform activities requiring them to stretch and pull without difficulty. Proper body mechanics must be used at all times.

Must possess a current physical, TB test results/CXR, Background check letter (or willing to submit to fingerprinting). May be required to submit to a pre-hire or random drug screen.

All schedule changes and call outs must be handled directly with Administration and not employee to employee.
